The Farm at “Linda’s”
Linda dreamed of a program that was kind to wildlife and wild places.
Carbon Neutrality: Linda’s Day Farm is committed to taking steps to become carbon neutral. Our future indoor space will be home to the prayer plant- the houseplant absorbing the most amount of carbon from the atmosphere.

Linda's Story
Linda’s Day Farm is a family-run 501(c)(3) inspired by the dream of our sister and daughter, Linda Rubinstein. Linda was born in 1998 with Joubert Syndrome Type Two. This disease includes developmental disability as well as liver and kidney failure. Linda was a late walker, typed to communicate, had a renal transplant at 13, and passed away at age 24 while awaiting a liver transplant.
Like many individuals with developmental disabilities, Linda “fell off the service cliff” after graduating high school in 2019. After this experience, she began dreaming of a day program that included everything she loved. Thus, the idea of Linda’s Day Farm was born.
Linda’s Day Farm strives to provide lifelong learning, social engagement, personal development, and recreation for adults with developmental disabilities. Programming is inspired by all of Linda’s favorites! Our goal is to enhance the lives of adults with disabilities and provide a variety of programs suiting the individual's unique needs and likes.
